3 days leopard safaris

Highlights:

This leopard Tanzania safari will take you the real heart of Tanzania northern parks, Tarangire where you will see a lot of animals like Elephants, Zebras, Giraffes, lions, Cheetah and much more. Will take you to the home of tree lions climbing the lake Manyara where you will explore thousands of baboons and much more, you will enjoy walking in the park with armed ranger. It will take you also to the pure heart of the Masai village and descend into 600mt crater floor for game drives where about 2500 species of animals are found there.

Day 1: Tarangire national park

You will be picked up from your hotel/ lodge in Arusha and head to Tarangire national park for game drives. The distance from Arusha to Tarangire is km 120 and two hour’s drive from Arusha town. We arrive in for game drives and later head to Tarangire pick nick site for lunch. After lunch continue with the game drives and late afternoon head out and drive up to karatu and overnight at Eileen’s lodge. D, B, L

Day 2: Ngorongoro crater

Today we will have early breakfast at 5:30 and 6:00am in the morning we drive into Ngorongoro crater for 6-7 hours game drives exploring about 2500 species of fauna and flora found in the crater, the black rhino is easily seen in the crater than anywhere else in Tanzania. We will enjoy our lunch pack at the pick nick site over view the hippo’s pool.

Late afternoon drive back to the same lodge for relaxation. D, B, L

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast head to Lake Manyara National Park. We will have our lunch boxes in the park and continue with game drive. This national park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park), located at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, Lake Manyara’s unique tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake. Later drive back to Moshi or continue to day trip.
