Fly in Saadani National Park

Saadani National Park is Tanzania's 13th National Park. Tourists can view animals basking along the Indian Ocean shores. It has an area of 1062 km 2 and was officially gazetted in 2005, from a game reserve which had existed from 1969. It is the only wildlife sanctuary in Tanzania bordering the sea.

Day 1: Dar Es Salaam or Zanzibar – Saadani National Park
Depart 09:15 am from Dar via Zanzibar to Saadani arrival at 10:00 am upon arrival meet and greet then head to Wami River for a boat trip having a chance to see many wild animals along the river drinking water not forgetting giant crocodile and many birds spices. Lunch at the hotel, afternoon game drive in the park also having a chance to see Elephants, Zebras, Giraffes, Waterbuck, Lions, Leopards, Hyenas and many more, dinner and overnight Sanctuary Saadani Lodges (Saadani Safari Lodge / Saadani River Lodge or Simple Saadani Camp (Tent with a View)

Day 2: Saadani National Park - Zanzibar or Dar Es Salaam
Early breakfast then game drive in the park see the beauty of the park that hosts a large population of hippos, crocodiles, flamingoes, and many large bird species. Giraffe and wildebeest can be spotted and elephants have been seen playing on the beach, game drive till late in the afternoon then drive to airstrip for your flight at 0545pm arrival in Zanzibar at 0600pm then to Dar es Salaam arrival at 0615pm.
